Can I watch you work remotely? +
If you join a screen share or call, the session shifts to Live tier. Checking in briefly via chat doesn't trigger tier drift.
What if the work takes longer than estimated? +
I'll notify you before exceeding the estimate. You decide whether to continue or stop. No surprises.
Do you work during my maintenance window? +
Yes. We schedule the window together. I execute within it. Off-hours work at Remote tier is fine if pre-scheduled — Emergency is only for unplanned urgency.
